Changed your mind?
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Send the item back within 14 days of your request. You may inspect and test it as you would in a shop. Please return the tool with its accessories and original packaging where available. Any deduction for handling beyond what is needed to assess the item will reflect the actual loss in value; we do not charge a fixed restocking fee.
You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. For a full-order return, we refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge. The extra cost of an express upgrade is not refunded for a change of mind. Partial-order delivery refunds depend on the delivery charge attributable to the returned items.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us resolve it. If the tool is defective, damaged in transit or different from your order, SKYVNO covers reasonable return shipping and arranges the remedy available under your consumer rights: repair, replacement or refund. A product that does not match our compatibility description is treated as a product issue, not automatically as a change of mind.
How to return
- Submit a request through our support form, including your order number.
- We provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. The dispatch address is not necessarily the return address.
- Pack the tool securely and keep your proof of posting.
No permission requirement in this process limits your statutory right to cancel. Return postage may be international; we will provide the destination before you send the item.
Refunds & cancellations
Request cancellation before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, use the return process. We issue refunds to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice; where permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
12-month SKYVNO limited warranty
SKYVNO provides a 12-month commercial warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Contact us with proof of purchase. We arrange repair or replacement at no charge for covered defects, including reasonable shipping. If an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be provided, we offer a refund. The commercial warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorized modifications that cause the defect.
This is a SKYVNO seller warranty, not a claim about an additional manufacturer warranty. It does not replace or reduce statutory rights. EU consumers retain the minimum two-year legal guarantee and any longer applicable national protection. UK consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act and distance-selling rules. Mandatory local remedies take precedence over this policy.
