BT201 12V battery tester: 100–2000 CCA range
BT201 is a battery tester for supported 12V lead-acid batteries, with a supplier-listed 100–2000 CCA range. Its clamp-based workflow reports voltage, internal resistance and battery-condition estimates; it is separate from reading engine fault codes through an OBD port.

What to check before buying
Match the battery chemistry and rating standard to the tester settings and the battery label. State-of-health and cold-cranking results are estimates from a test, not a guarantee of remaining service life. The supplied sheet lists flooded, AGM flat-plate, AGM spiral and GEL batteries; lithium batteries and high-voltage EV traction batteries are not confirmed applications.
